Decadent Black Forest Smoothie

I don't just have a sweet tooth. I have sweet teeth. All of them. So I am always interested in ways that I can curb my sugar dragon, whilst not giving in to the temptations of food that does a disservice to my body.

Combining nut milks with dark stone fruits or berries, with cacao and coconut cream creates a heavenly "black forest" dessert like smoothie that is sure to combat any sugar cravings, at the same time it will leave you feeling light, energised and healthy. Treat yourself the guilt free, plantbased way.

To make this sweet cherry baby, blend together:

1 cup of cashew milk

2/3 cup of frozen cherries

2 scoops of chocolate nicecream

1 banana

1 tbsp cacao

1 tsp agave nectar or honey

I topped with dark chocolate shavings and coconut.
