Tutti Frutti Green Smoothie
This is a delightful wee gem of a smoothie - and it totally does taste like Tutti Frutti =D
It would completely cover your fruit intake for the day, so if you find it hard to get your fruit in - then try this one out.
I also used Waihi Bush Flax Fibre Balancing Greens for extra goodness, which is subtle in its flavour but certainly not in its health benefits. I love it!
To make this, blend together:
1 large orange, peeled
1 banana
3/4 cup of mango
2 cups of baby spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp of Waihi Bush Flax Fibre Balancing Greens (opt)
1 cup of water
