Messy Protein Pancake Stack

There is truth to the name of my blog. Everything I create is nutritious...but it is first and foremost DELICIOUS! There is also so much truth in the saying "You are what you eat".
I have no time for food that doesn't taste amazing, but at the same time, I care about what I put in to my body because I truly believe that how you feel and look is a direct result of the food that choose to eat and fuel your body with.
These protein pancakes are to die for. They are simple and easy to make and will keep you going all day long. Perfect for pancake Sunday, or an after workout meal.
To make these, mix together:
1 banana mashed
2 scoops of vanilla vegan protein
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of GF flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
Pan fry in coconut oil, over a medium heat until the surface bubbles, then flip.
Serve straight away with whatever you desire!
