Blueberry Cherrie Acai Bowl

I am finally on holiday! I slept in for the first time in what feels like forever and now I am enjoying this Acai Bowl, which I must add is very cold and giving a little bit of brain freeze aka icecream headache. But it is refreshing and delicious. Filled with nourishing ingredients and the added superfood 'Acai', it is sure to fill you up but leave you feeling light, refreshed and powered for the day ahead.

In a high speed blender, blend together:

1 large banana

1/2 cup of blueberries

1/4 cup of frozen cherries (or any fruit of your choice)

1 handful of ice

1 tbsp of maple syrup

2 tbsp water or milk of your choice

Dollop in to a bowl and top with extra fruit, nuts, seeds and cereals!

I topped with dark chocolate shavings and coconut.
