Mocha Maca Protein Smoothie.

Sometimes you just need dessert for breakfast! But don't be fooled in to thinking that something this delicious has to be unhealthy!

This one is yummy enough to turn any morning in to a great one. It's sweet and chocolatey, and carries a good kick of energy with coffee and maca!

1 banana

1 heaped tsp of peanut butter

1 cup of almond milk

1 tsp maca

1 shot of espresso (use 1 tsp of instant coffee if you don't have espresso)

2 scoops of chocolate protein powder - I use Nutra Organics Thriving Protein

1 tsp cacao or cocoa!

Blend and enjoy!
