Cherry, Mango & Açaí Smoothie

Working from very early in the morning can be really tough on our bodies. I know that when I start my day super early (around 5am) I often feel completely exhausted by early afternoon. To help ourselves soldier on through 'one of those days', making sure we nourish our bodies with lots of fresh, healthy foods and drinks.
I think incorportating supplements or 'superfoods' can give you that extra boost on days when you especially need it, and one of my favourites it Açaí said, "ah sigh ee". It is a potent antioxidant, rich in vitamins B, C and E as well as essential fatty acids.
Whilst these little bags of 'superfoods' might seem exspensive, one bag lasts you such a long time, and you will reap the rewards from it - remember, your body is a temple - we only get one! One of my staples, along with Maca and Supergreens is Açaí.
I use Pure Jungle Açaí, which is a NZ brand, made with 100% certified organic freezed dried powder. It has a gorgeous, subtle flavour and can be purchased here online.
This recipe uses cherries and mango, which are just the most delicious combonation, with the tartness from the cherries and a sweet, delicious flavour from the mango!
To make this, blend together:
1/2 cup of frozen Mango
1/2 cup of frozen Cherries
1/2 a banana
2 tbsp of Açaí powder
1/2 a cup of coconut milk or cream
1/2 cup of water
