Maple Nut Granola

Preheat overn to 180 degrees fan bake., Combine the following ingredients in a large bowl and stir until evenly distributed. spread out on a large tray and bake for 10 mins.

- 3-4 cups organic rolled oats - 1-2 cup organic puffed millet

Note: If you are paleo, substutute with:

- 2 cups of coconut chips/flakes

- 1 cup of chopped brazil nuts

- 3 Tbsp coconut oil melted - 1 Tbsp cinnamon - 3 Tbsp organic maple syrup (can use: honey, treacle, golden syrup or other of your choice) - 2-3 pinches of ground Himalayan pink salt.

Then combine the following set of ingredients, stir through the already baked ingredients and return to the oven for another 10 mins.

- 4 Tbsp flaxseed - 4 Tbsp Chia seeds - 1 ½ cups of chopped nuts of your choice (sliced almonds, raw cashews, walnuts and hazelnuts) - ½ cup of seeds ( I use a combination of sunflower and pumpkin seeds) - 2-3 tsp maca powder (optional)

Combine the with the following ingredients and return to the oven for a final 10 mins

- 2 Cups of dried fruit ( I combine: Goji berries, cranberries, sultanas and chopped dates) - ¾ Cups shredded coconut. Remove Muesli from oven and allow to cool. Once cool give it a good stir through and your done!!
