'Each Peach Pear Plum' Smoothie

The combination of these ripe summer fruits was perfect - tart, sweet and fruity balanced out by dreamy coconut milk. Fruit heavy, but that is ok once in a while - and don't forget fruit IS good for you, but everything in moderation. This smoothie would cover you for fruit for the day as each smoothie has 2-3 servings. The fat and protein from the coconut milk, works well with the carbohydrate from the fruit to make it a low GI, balanced meal.
This recipe serves two, to make it yourself, blend together:
2 ripe peaches or nectarines
1 ripe pear
2 ripe plums
1 banana
1 1/2 coconut milk
1/2 cup of water
1 cup of ice
